Set on 778sqm in the tranquil village of Karuah, which is a part of the pristine Port Stephens waterways. Known for great fishing and locally grown oysters.
This little fishing shack is close to boat ramp, fishing spots, local shopping, transport, and sporting facilities.

The main lounge features an easterly facing window which fills the room with natural light and has glimpsing views of the Karuah River. This flows to the dining room which will take your dining table.
The master bedroom has built-in robe.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 have good sized windows and allow a lot of natural light.
Bathroom and laundry incorporated one room.
The shade cloth outdoor area which extends the living areas and a perfect place to entertain family and friends.
A single lock up shed with carport is to the left of the block and has side driveway access. Second shed for lawn mowers and tools.
