It offers 4 bedrooms (3 with built-ins), the lounge has air conditioning and combustion fire, formal dining, generous kitchen & meals area. There is a separate sunny craft/sitting room and the delightful screened outdoor area overlooks the yard. Single garage plus carport and a covered spot for the boat or van. Lovely quiet location and easy walk to shops, school, etc. Its hard to fault.

We first met Joel about 6 years ago when we purchased our property through him was always super helpful and friendly with giving the best service and advice. Joel always chased everything up and didn’t leave anything undone. We approached Joel in possibility of selling and told him our goals for the property. Within a few days Joel had organised photos and had the property listed for its first open home. I believe with Joel’s expertises and connection with the community is what helped to make my first open home my only open home.

Liam was excellent in supporting me as a first home-buyer, very responsive in phone calls, accomodating in booking inspections and great with advice in practical areas that I had not thought of.
