Cassie is our Business Systems Operator. The role of a BSO is to provide dedicated and professional prospecting, marketing, and support to the Sales team.

She brings a bubbly and upbeat personality to the workplace, whilst always remaining efficient and on-the-ball, which is imperative as a BSO.

Coming to us from an extensive background in legal administration for the building and finance industries, Cassie loves a good challenge, and never hesitates to assist the sales team in any way she can.

She’s been a local her whole life, growing up in Raymond Terrace. When Cassie’s not working, she loves spending time with her 2 young kids enjoying all things adventure - camping, motorbike riding and going out on their boat are frequent weekend activities.

All round professional

We first met Joel about 6 years ago when we purchased our property through him was always super helpful and friendly with giving the best service and advice. Joel always chased everything up and didn’t leave anything undone. We approached Joel in possibility of selling and told him our goals for the property. Within a few days Joel had organised photos and had the property listed for its first open home. I believe with Joel’s expertises and connection with the community is what helped to make my first open home my only open home. Joel has been an absolute pleasure to work with and looking forward to do so again in the very near future.

Very supportive and relaxed

Liam was excellent in supporting me as a first home-buyer, very responsive in phone calls, accomodating in booking inspections and great with advice in practical areas that I had not thought of. Unlike a lot of selling agents, he was not pushy, instead he was very genuine in his interactions and role. Highly recommend!

Helpful, kind and straight to the point.

I first met Liam when buying a piece of land in 2020 in Raymond Terrace. I was a first home owner and Liam was always patient, kind and helpful, but also got to the point quickly. He didn’t mind answering all my questions, and was direct and honest. After building my house, living in it for almost 2 years, I decided to move closer to my work and family, and called Liam to weigh up my options. Liam organized an inspection quickly and within a couple days he was able to give me a good selling guide for my property. It had multiple offers and sold within a week. I am very appreciative of Liam’s knowledge of the area. It assisted with being able to gauge what my property was worth and get me the best price possible.
