A REAL SWEETIE
It is neat and bright and has had a great makeover with a repaint throughout, roof restoration, new
outdoor area and new facia & gutters. It is on a level site in a quiet location and just an easy walk to the schools and shops. There are 3 bedrooms with mirrored robes & ceiling fans, and comfortable living with air conditioning. Good size yard with a single garage. All the hard work is done here.

We first met Joel about 6 years ago when we purchased our property through him was always super helpful and friendly with giving the best service and advice. Joel always chased everything up and didn’t leave anything undone. We approached Joel in possibility of selling and told him our goals for the property. Within a few days Joel had organised photos and had the property listed for its first open home. I believe with Joel’s expertises and connection with the community is what helped to make my first open home my only open home.
