GOOD THINGS COME IN SMALL PACKAGES
You be blown away with what has been included in this three bedroom home which is ideal for those looking to downsize, invest or get a start in the market.There are three bedrooms in total with the main having direct access to the main bathroom, a second living area/home office space, air conditioning, a peaceful courtyard, plenty of off street parking with all of this being a 300m walk to the Lakeside Village shops. Oh I forgot to mention the kitchen which has to be seen to be believed. With 40mm stone benchtops, an integrated fridge and motorised cupboards. Yes, press a button and up they come making the kitchen not only fun but also incredibly practical.

We first met Joel about 6 years ago when we purchased our property through him was always super helpful and friendly with giving the best service and advice. Joel always chased everything up and didn’t leave anything undone. We approached Joel in possibility of selling and told him our goals for the property.
