And you will be at the shopping centre from this one. It is a BIG master built split level home in a quiet location with nice views from the rear. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, formal lounge and dining and generous kitchen and family room. Huge garage, carport for the van or boat with amenities to service the inground pool. Great position and lots of scope for improvement.

We first met Joel about 6 years ago when we purchased our property through him was always super helpful and friendly with giving the best service and advice. Joel always chased everything up and didn’t leave anything undone. We approached Joel in possibility of selling and told him our goals for the property. Within a few days Joel had organised photos and had the property listed for its first open home. I believe with Joel’s expertises and connection with the community is what helped to make my first open home my only open home.
