Well maintained modern open plan 4 bedroom home (2 with Built ins) is immaculate from the mailbox to the rear fence, it is on an easy to maintain level block, in a great location, walk to school, shops and sporting facilities. There is an ensuite and walk in robe to main, double remote garage, great undercover tiled outdoor area, lock up garden shed, split system air conditioning and side access for vehicles, boat or van. Not a thing to do and not a thing out of place. Get in quick it won't last!
