In such a quite cul de sac, this brilliant 4 bedroom home is on a flat block for easy maintenance and has a great back yard with an undercover alfresco dining area. Centrally located close to lakeside leisure centre, pool, schools and large shopping centre. The northerly aspect is fantastic in winter filling the front lounge, dining room and master bedroom with natural light. The split system air conditioner makes the area comfortable all year round and the master bedroom has an ensuite and built in robes. The spacious kitchen overlooks the family room which provides a separate family living area with a second split system air conditioner. This spills out through a glass sliding door to the back garden. The bedrooms have built in robes. The laundry is large enough to set up and leave your ironing board in place. The home has double lockup garage with remote control door and loads of storage space & lawn locker.
