Beautifully presented & maintained, a quiet cul-de-sac location and close to the schools, shops, etc is this modern, young 4 bedroom home. There are built-in robes, ensuite to master, formal lounge and air conditioned family which adjoins the kitchen and covered outdoor area, auto double garage. Big level yard with side access. It is hard to find a better one in the range.

We first met Joel about 6 years ago when we purchased our property through him was always super helpful and friendly with giving the best service and advice. Joel always chased everything up and didn’t leave anything undone. We approached Joel in possibility of selling and told him our goals for the property. Within a few days Joel had organised photos and had the property listed for its first open home. I believe with Joel’s expertises and connection with the community is what helped to make my first open home my only open home.
