The current owner is disappointed to be leaving this lovely 2 bedroom home which has all the bells and whistles. Big bedrooms with generous robes, 3 way bathroom and second W/C. Spacious tiled and bright living area, excellent kitchen. Auto garage with internal entry, covered verandahs which overlook the easy care private yard. Easy walk to the golf club and main street shopping. I would be sad to leave too.

We first met Joel about 6 years ago when we purchased our property through him was always super helpful and friendly with giving the best service and advice. Joel always chased everything up and didn’t leave anything undone. We approached Joel in possibility of selling and told him our goals for the property. Within a few days Joel had organised photos and had the property listed for its first open home. I believe with Joel’s expertises and connection with the community is what helped to make my first open home my only open home.

Liam was excellent in supporting me as a first home-buyer, very responsive in phone calls, accomodating in booking inspections and great with advice in practical areas that I had not thought of.
