We first met Joel about 6 years ago when we purchased our property through him was always super helpful and friendly with giving the best service and advice. Joel always chased everything up and didn’t leave anything undone. We approached Joel in possibility of selling and told him our goals for the property. I first met Liam when buying a piece of land in 2020 in Raymond Terrace. I was a first home owner and Liam was always patient, kind and helpful, but also got to the point quickly. He didn’t mind answering all my questions, and was direct and honest.
After building my house, living in it for almost 2 years, I decided to move closer to my work and family, and called Liam to weigh up my options. Liam organized an inspection quickly and within a couple days he was able to give me a good selling guide for my property. It had multiple offers and sold within a week.
